In essence we assist those organizations without a full-time Risk Manager address the various exposures that an organization faces in its day to day operation.  We assist companies in reviewing their current exposures, comparing that to their current and in force insurance policies, and then make recommendations, where appropriate.  Additionally we act as your advocate in your relationship with your current insurance broker and insurance carrier.  In our capacity as your advocate we review and monitor the placement of the insurance policies and then after placement of the coverage, review the policies to ensure that what was negotiated during placement appears in the policies and that there are no inadvertent exclusions contained within the policies.
