The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency for the District of Columbia (CSOSA) is a U.S. government agency within the law enforcement arena that supervises adults under its jurisdiction. Its core mission is to enhance public safety by reducing recidivism, supporting fair administration of justice, and promoting accountability. CSOSA pursues these goals through evidence-based practices and by collaborating with its criminal justice partners and the community. 

Headquartered in the District of Columbia, the agency serves adults under supervision and works with local stakeholders to address safety and accountability challenges. Historically, CSOSA launched the Victim Services Program in 2001 to assist residents of the District of Columbia who have been affected by domestic violence, sexual offenses, traffic- or alcohol-related crimes, or property crimes. In 2026, CSOSA awarded a contract to One Stop Recruiting LLC to provide nursing services under the DNA TB NURSES initiative through September 2026, reflecting ongoing collaboration with external partners.
