This includes not only ensuring they have a solid decade of professional network level of experience, but that they are knowledgeable and work as a team. Our crews are not on our payroll nor are they staff - they are respected individuals at the top of their fields working as freelancers with their own impressive lists of clientele. We are fortunate to book these individuals for our clients as well. We have connections with crews across the US and all over the world. From one-person shoots to full-scale productions requiring producers, make-up artists, grips and PA's. With budgets shrinking, there isn't always a need to travel a full crew, we likely have a team nearby. You can potentially save thousands of dollars by utilizing our expertise and services. We also offer another option: The Crew List is a new online service, allowing productions to search, vet and book crews directly. For a low, yearly maintenance fee, crew members list their profiles online in order to be easily found, vetted and booked directly. All negotiations, contracting, invoicing and payments are handled directly between the booking client and the crew member.
