Mary has worked in the Dental industry for 30 years. After graduating with honors from Florence-Darlington Technical College’s Dental Assisting program she decided to further her education studying Biology and Business Management at Limestone College. A successful 17 year career as a Dental Assistant, Office Coordinator and Office Manager led a large Practice Management and Transition Company to invite Mary to join their team. After training, she started the next phase of her career as a Practice Management Consultant and has worked with clients throughout the United States. In 2002 Mary started The Dental Business and continued working with dentists and their teams. Coaching them on how to grow their business, have a team they love and enjoy going to work each day. Transition industry leader, The Snyder Group, took notice and invited Mary to be a part of their team in 2009. It was a natural fit and she was excited to add dental practice transitions to The Dental Business. In 2010, The Snyder Group merged with Henry Schein Professional Practice Transitions. When asked to join the team at Henry Schein Professional Practice Transitions, Mary was honored to do so and is very happy with resources she can now offer her clients. On a daily basis, Mary loves the challenges The Dental Business brings and is grateful to be involved in such life altering decisions that dentists make. Simply stated, she says, “I love this business!”
