The Deron School of New Jersey is a private educational organization focused on special education programs. Founded in 1967, it operates two campuses—Deron I in Union and Deron II in Montclair—from its base in Short Hills, New Jersey. The school serves students aged 3 to 21 with learning disabilities and autism spectrum disorders, including those with multiple disabilities, intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, or Down syndrome, while not serving those whose primary disabilities are therapeutic, emotional, or behavioral.
