We are a boutique coaching, consulting and mentoring organization providing Management, Organizational and Leadership Development to Family- and Closely-Held Businesses in the NY metropolitan and Tampa Bay areas. Rick comes from a third-generation family-owned construction business. He previously started, developed and sold an environmental management business prior to starting a management coaching and consulting practice. In addition, previously, he was assistant director of the New York State Legislative Commission on Science and Technology. He is currently an adjunct professor of entrepreneurial studies at New York University’s (NYU), and a lecturer in the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, City University of NY, on family business management.
