Linda I. Braithwaite, Attorney at Law, with The Family Law Source has more than 20 years of experience in the practice of law in the state of Florida, and she is Board Certified in the area of Family Law. With her unique experience and qualifications, Ms. Braithwaite promotes the Collaborative Family Law approach and is a member attorney of Next Generation Divorce, a group of collaborative divorce professionals in the Tampa Bay area. During the collaborative process, the parties are committed – from the start – to a avoiding litigation against each other and resolving all issues through negotiation. Linda I. Braithwaite also has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator since 1998. As a certified mediator, Ms. Braithwaite serves as a neutral facilitator and guides parties through the process – this role allows Ms. Braithwaite to utilize her legal experience to discover new solutions to sometimes long and difficult disputes. A native of Hialeah, Ms. Braithwaite is a graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor with Honors. She earned her Bachelor’s of Arts from the University of South Florida and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992.
