Open since January 30th, 2015, The Fermentorium is one of Southeastern Wisconsin’s newest breweries. It’s the perfect place for a handful (or a busload) of friends to put back a few pints from one of the two dozen taps in their 2500 square foot tasting room. The building was previously a retail space but has been renovated to fit the needs of a burgeoning brewery.
