The First Tee of Orange County is more than a sports program for kids and teens – we shape the lives of young people. We provide character-building and life-skills lessons through the game of golf which parallels life as players experience the highs and lows of the game.  Our programs reinforce values like integrity, respect, responsibility and perseverance and promote healthy habits.

In September 2013, we began providing educational programs to youth, ages 4 to 17, at The Islands Golf Center in Anaheim.  To date, more than 300 youth, representing 17 cities and communities in Orange County have enrolled in our signature program – The First Tee Life Skills Experience.  We have recently expanded to Dad Miller Golf Course in Anaheim, providing our most skilled students with the experience of playing at a full, 18-hole golf course.
