The Foster Company is a full service Property Management Company, specializing in the strategic planning and management of condominium, commercial and homeowner associations.

Foster “Joe” Scott created the business model for The Foster Company in 1993, in response to the market’s need for consistent quality in the level of service provided to community association boards of directors and the homeowners they serve.

We pride ourselves on the long term relationships we have developed with our communities, as well as the continuity of employee tenure of The Foster Company team.

Of the 3,500 units/homes we service, over 80% of those communities have been serviced by The Foster Company for more than fifteen years. 

Our team has a detailed understanding of the properties they oversee, which enables The Foster Company to increase our effectiveness and deliver a higher level of personalized service and responsiveness.  We are proactive in our efforts to prevent potential problems, rather than just responding to solve them.  Our property management team is backed by support staff in administration and accounting that allows them to customize programs that meet each communities specific needs.
