The Frostig Collection is an ongoing program in the arts that presents small sculptures and occasional works on paper created by well-known artists. Founded by Celia Piazza and curated by Kate Stern, the initiative uses these works to support a social skills program at the Frostig Center for children with learning disabilities, Asperger's syndrome, and high-functioning autism. All pieces are produced in limited editions, either by the collection or by the artists themselves. Based in Pasadena, California, the organization operates with a small team and maintains access to the collection at the Frostig Center, with online viewing and purchasing through thefrostigcollection.org. The roster features contributions from artists including Frank Gehry, Lita Albuquerque, Nancy Rubins, and others. For inquiries, Kate Stern can be reached at frostigcollection@frostig.org.
