Our firm specializes in Operational excellence, cost reduction, global market entry strategies and other select strategic topics for middle market and Fortune 500 companies, as well as for private equity firms.  We have the capability to execute these types of projects with excellence in any industry; our clients to date have included leading companies in the aviation, healthcare, travel, consumer durables, electronics, manufacturing and service industries, which we serve worldwide, either directly or through their private-equity sponsors.
