Founded by Grace Killelea in 2012, the GKC Group is a full-service leadership development firm with a focus on high potential women and men in the middle of the talent pipeline. We run 6 all-virtual leadership programs a year with a small cohort to maximize the learning. We've graduated nearly 1,600 leaders from our programs (Half The Sky Leadership for Women and Quattro Co-Ed Leadership).
