His successful approach is based on his well-rounded and extensive legal background. Peter has clerked for a New York State Appellate Court judge and a federal magistrate trial judge. He served in the Air Force JAG Corps and litigated with Nixon Peabody LLP. Drawing on those experiences and others, Peter understands businesses’ and individuals’ concerns and is well versed in representing their interests, whether in negotiations, arbitration, at trial, on appeal, or in class actions.

Outside of his legal practice, Peter is very involved with his community. His volunteer efforts include:
