The Global Good Fund is a civic and social organization based in Columbia, Maryland. It accelerates the development of high-potential young leaders tackling major social issues through a fellowship program in which fellows are paired with seasoned executives who serve as coaches. Beyond coaching, the program provides leadership assessment resources, a network of peer leaders, content expertise, and other forms of support to fellows. The organization focuses on building leadership capacity to amplify social impact within the civic and social sector. Its work targets rising young leaders and their ventures seeking structured development and mentorship. In collaboration with the Smithfield Foundation, the Global Good Fund launched the Veterans Leadership Program to support veteran entrepreneurs with leadership development and mentoring.
