Since 2007, The Goldie Initiative has created a professional community of dozens of women with extraordinary academic and leadership potential to become Goldie Scholars. Our unique strategy of scholarship, mentoring, networking, and professional development cultivates talented women into future leaders.

An award-winning non-profit organization, the mission of The Goldie Initiative is to prepare women to advance as leaders in commercial real estate by providing financial and professional support. Our program provides:

Connections: our scholars and alumnae participate in networking opportunities with some of the most powerful and influential role models in the industry, including Goldie B. Wolfe Miller, a renowned commercial real estate entrepreneur.
