The Golf Performance Center is a premier, full-time golf coaching facility in the Northeast for players of all ages and skill levels. Located in Ridgefield, CT, we combine state-of-the-art training facilities with expert coaching to help athletes achieve their goals.

Founded by PGA and TPI-certified professional Roger Knick, our coaching philosophy is based on the "5 Elements of Success": Desire, Coaching, Physical Performance & Nutrition, Mental Game, and Equipment. With over 25 years of experience, Roger and his team provide personalized instruction to help aspiring golfers develop strategies for long-term improvement and success.

We offer a variety of programs to meet the needs of every golfer:

Junior Academy: Focused on fundamental movement skills, this program is ideal for beginners and young athletes who want to compete.

Adult Performance Programs: Designed to help adult golfers optimize their personal performance.

Club Fitting Services: Our facility is home to some of the region's top-ranked custom club builders and fitters, providing a world-class fitting experience.

We are also associated with the USA Junior Golf Federation, offering academic and athletic resources to help young athletes worldwide achieve their dreams of playing collegiate golf and beyond.
