The Hivery supports womxn creating their next chapters through online membership, retreats, and our signature programs. 

The Hivery is a unique community because first and foremost, we believe in the unstoppable power of women who support each other. More important than individual businesses, or personal journeys, The Hivery always seeks to foster the gift of inclusion, welcoming all who believe in support, kindness, and the creation of meaningful work. The Hivery was founded in early 2014, and is based in Mill Valley, California. 

Many of our members have changed careers or life paths in a dramatic way, took time off of their careers to raise kids, are contemplating going back to work, started a new business, or are exploring a new field. Many have struggled with feeling fulfilled, creating community, finding work that works for their families and busy lives, or pursuing something with purpose and passion. That's what the Hivery is for...it's a place, a community, an inspiration lab.

A New Sense of Work
What all members of the Hivery have in common is an inner drive to find "work"​ that fuels them, challenges them, pushes their potential, and works in the intricacies of their lives. It may be "work"​ in the traditional sense of the word, or it may be broader, bigger, creative, and even a little crazy. We, at the Hivery, really like that kind of thing. We love big ideas, lots of support, tremendous kindness, time for creativity, a space for soul, and we love the idea of putting you on your own to-do list.
