Since its founding in 1899, The Home Association has operated by an all-women board of directors comprised of volunteers whose work is to insure the future of this historic Tampa treasure. 

A National Historic Registry landmark, The Home Association sits on 4.5 acres in Tampa’s Ybor Heights area as a home for the elderly. While its history of care dates to 1899, the Colonial Revival building where the seniors reside was constructed in 1924 at a cost of $110,000. She’s a grand lady getting up in age, yet her wrinkles still have twinkles thanks to the generosity of patrons in the Tampa community who cherish Tampa’s past and want to insure The Home Association building thrives throughout the 21st century.

Historic Building & Property located:  1203 E. 22nd Avenue, Tampa, FL  33606 (currently occupied by Senior Care Group and operating as a skilled nursing & rehabilitation facility)
