The Humpty Dumpty Institute is a New York City–based organization operating in international affairs that connects policymakers, international institutions, and cultural leaders to advance its programs. It engages with the U.S. Congress and the United Nations, organizing overseas visits for congressional delegations and UN engagements, and it collaborates with business and cultural leaders around the world. The institute runs youth-focused initiatives on global issues, including the United Nations Boot Camp that brings students to the UN, and supports cultural diplomacy through partnerships with U.S. embassies and international cultural organizations, including a training program for young filmmakers from crisis countries with UCLA's School of Theater, Film and Television. HDI plans and implements humanitarian programs with partner organizations, including efforts to remove landmines and unexploded ordnance in Sri Lanka, distribution of footwear to vulnerable communities in Vietnam, and support for mobile medical vehicles in Lesotho. In late 2023, a partnership with the U.S. Embassy in Malta supported boxing training in Jamaica. The organization maintains a global focus from its New York base and operates with a relatively small staff.
