Welcome to the DeVos Sport Business Management Graduate Program at the University of Central Florida. The DeVos program offers students the opportunity to earn their Master’s in Sports Business Management (MSBM) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Focusing on ethics, diversity, leadership and community service, the DeVos Program attracts the brightest and most committed students from across the country and across the globe.

In 2015, SportBusiness International named the DeVos Program as one of the TOP 2 graduate level degree sport business programs. The program has gone from the newest in academia in 2002 to being named one of the top five programs in America by the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, ESPN The Magazine, and Forbes Magazine.
In 2009, the DeVos Program was named the nation’s number one MBA program for service and leadership. 

It was announced in 2012 that Donna Orender (former WNBA president), Judy Sweet (first woman AD at a DI school & first woman to be NCAA president), Cathy Andruzzi (former successful Women's NCAA Basketball coach) and Dan Guerrero (AD, UCLA) had become senior associate directors of the DeVos Program. In 2013, Floyd Keith, the former director of the Black Coaches and Administrators, joined this prestigious group. In 2015, Charlie Freeman, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Orlando Magic, became the chair of the DeVos National Advisory Board.

The DeVos Program now has a unique and exclusive partnership with ESPN which includes an Annual ESPN Executive-­in­-Residence Program, internship opportunity exclusive for a DeVos student, real world experience projects as a part of the sports marketing class, senior management presence in the DeVos Board of Advisors and administrative speakers provided throughout the year. It is the only program in the country with such a relationship with ESPN.
