The Junior League of Houston, Inc. is a nonprofit organization of women focused on voluntarism, leadership development, and improving communities through trained volunteers. Its work is educational and charitable in nature. Based in Houston, Texas, the group was founded in 1925 by twelve women and has a history of initiatives linked to community health, including a well-baby clinic that evolved into the Junior League Health Care Clinic at Texas Children's Hospital.

In 2014–2015, the league contributed more than $2 million in trained volunteer time and direct financial support to the Greater Houston Area, backing 36 community projects across needs such as basic needs, healthcare, abuse and neglect of children and women, literacy, cultural enrichment, the elderly, teen pregnancy, and mentoring young women. Volunteers commit about 72 hours per year, and the organization also provides grants and participates in collaborations with other organizations. In 2025, it participated in a Centennial Charity Ball and planned to host an event marking 100 years of building a better community.
