The Kennedy Forum is a nonprofit think tank focused on transforming mental health and addiction care in the United States. Founded in 2013 by former Congressman Patrick J. Kennedy and based in Brigantine, New Jersey, it brings together mental health advocates, business leaders, and government agencies to pursue health equity through evidence-based practices and policy, including full implementation of the Federal Parity Law.

Its work supports provider accountability, integration, and coordination, the adoption of new treatment technologies, and brain health education.
