As opposed to those 1-800 carriers that advertise in redundant fashion, you will be assigned a broker (at no additional cost to you) who will personally know you and your needs and who you can speak to when you have questions or need guidance.  Also unlike many of these 1-800 carriers, our carriers make sure that they are doing what's best in your behalf and you will have a broker here representing you, on your side making sure that in the situation you do have a claim, we will be making sure that you get your claim handled the way you deserve.
