Concierge Service: Additionally, we provide full case management services through concierge nursing and therapy. Our team collaborates closely to guide clients through their treatment journey, advocating on their behalf when needed. Our Concierge team is flexible, attending sessions both in person and remotely, or even within the client's own environment. We also offer the option for our nurse practitioner to accompany clients to medical appointments to help navigate the healthcare system and advocate for their needs.
