Our practice has decades of experience in helping high-performing professionals, such as business leaders, healthcare providers, entrepreneurs, executives, athletes, media personalities, and legal experts. These individuals often face a heightened risk of mental health issues including depression and anxiety, drug and alcohol abuse, sex and porn addiction, and sexual dysfunction due to the rigorous demands of their careers and the social pressures linked to their fast-paced, high-stress environments. We also offer specialized treatment for First Responders, Veterans and their families, recognizing the unique challenges they face. First Responders are often the unsung heroes of our communities, confronting life-threatening situations daily.

Our approach is unique, innovative and comprehensive: 

Nurse Practitioner: We employ a Nurse Practitioner licensed to prescribe medication in both NJ and PA. She holds a Doctorate in Nursing along with multiple specializations to support our clients' needs across functional medicine, mental health, neurology, and addiction. 

Concierge Service:  Additionally, we provide full case management services through concierge nursing and therapy. Our team collaborates closely to guide clients through their treatment journey, advocating on their behalf when needed. Our Concierge team is flexible, attending sessions both in person and remotely, or even within the client's own environment. We also offer the option for our nurse practitioner to accompany clients to medical appointments to help navigate the healthcare system and advocate for their needs. 

Executive Coaching, Performance Coaching, Career Coaching, and Life Coaching, led by a renowned psychologist specializing in these areas.
