A Philadelphia native licensed in Pennsylvania and Nevada, Kelly graduated from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and holds a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Ohlert served as a Mental Health Rights Attorney at the Nevada Disability Law and Advocacy Center, where she co-founded a Blue Ribbon Panel on mentally ill prisoner re-entry with the Chief Justice of the Nevada Supreme Court. Upon returning to Philadelphia, Ms. Ohlert co-founded the Foundation for the Advancement of Technology in Education, a non-profit entity focused on education technology equality in the Greater Philadelphia Area. Kelly's commitment to aggressively advocating for the rights of her clients is evident in the results she achieves and her command of the courtroom. She is admitted to the the bars of Pennsylvania and Nevada and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and District of Nevada.
