The Linda Construction Company (LCC), Inc. is an established and recognized/award winning Charlotte, North Carolina, General Contracting Company. LCC has become the trendsetter in Construction Waste Management, highlighting innovative recycling, salvaging and reusing initiatives to always meet and often exceed their client's green initiatives. Established in 1983 as a painting, framing, and drywall company by Linda Holden, LCC began shifting its focus to demolition projects in the early 1990's. By 2002, the company was receiving awards for its demolition recycling efforts. In fact, LCC was given Mecklenburg County's first award for "Outstanding Demolition Recycler". LCC had its first LEED Accredited Professional by 2005 to coincide with its various LEED demolition projects. In 2006, LCC expanded to add the Construction Waste Management division of the company, again with significant focus on recycling and salvaging.
