Person with a credit rating that demonstrates financial responsibility. Desire to be a part of something greater than they could have solo. Does not feel entitled or "owed" anything and is willing to work hard, every day. Positive attitude and "glass half full" mindset. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To: Maintain a database of prospective buyers, provided to you by the team. Keep appropriate follow up systems in place to ensure all prospective buyers are communicated with clearly. Be open & willing to learn the teams' approach to serving buyer clients. Carry constant communication with prospective buyers from initial registration to closing on their home. Foster a friendly, positive and educational environment for all of our clients. Have a great time creating a life by design. All training will be provided to you at no cost. Must be willing to become licensed to sell real estate once hired.
