The Mac Support Store is the first Apple Certified Repair Shop and Reseller in the history of Brooklyn. Begun in 1996, and officially opening its doors in 2005, The Mac Support Store repairs out of warranty Apple products including Mac, iPhone, iPad and iPod. The company also sells refurbished Macs, accessories, peripherals, memory upgrades and more. The Mac Support Store is a privately held company owned by Jeffrey Graber and Judith Barr, a married couple living in Brooklyn.

Jeff Graber is a recognized expert on Apple products for all who want to learn more about technology. As a serial entrepreneur, business and a love for Brooklyn run in Jeff’s blood. He is a 4th-generation Brooklyn resident and the co-founder of The Mac Support Store, the borough’s first Apple Authorized Service Provider (established in 2005). Jeff has been using Apple products since 1984. 

Jeff has worked closely with journalists and major companies for his expertise in Apple products. As a recognized voice in the Apple world, journalists often seek Jeff for his opinion on Apple products and future technology trends.  With past clients including Viacom, Tommy Hilfiger and the United Nations, Jeff has worked in the technology sector for over 30 years. 

As a prolific and published author, Jeff has a gift for decoding even the most complex technical information and requirements into clear and useful information. He is a contributor to Apple World Today and an active blogger. His publications include The Ultimate Mac Handbook, Mac Parental Controls and OSX Yosemite Survival Skills. He has also been featured on News 12 Brooklyn where he provided insight on an IPhone issue that affected thousands of users in New York City.

Jeff lives with his wife and two children. His hobbies are playing guitar, reading, reading and reading.
