I am Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.  I zealously advocate for my clients in a host of practice areas, including: personal injury (car accidents, slip-and-falls, medical/dental malpractice), employment (sexual harassment, age discrimination, wrongful termination), commercial/business matters (litigation and transactional) and Federal and State False Claims Act/Whistleblower actions.  Additionally, I aggressively represent clients in local municipal courts (for DWI, traffic violations, simple assault, drug possession and neighbor disputes), and handle serious criminal matters and domestic violence cases.

I have appeared for trial in all twenty-one (21) of New Jersey’s County Superior Courts.
 
I began my legal career “in the trenches” from the start.  Sworn in by the Honorable Carol Ferentz, J.S.C. (retired) first thing in the early morning on the day I was licensed, I made my second appearance “on the record” at a deposition later on in the afternoon.
 
More recently, I have focused my practice on plaintiff’s personal injury lawsuits with particular emphasis on medical and dental malpractice actions, commercial/business matters (litigation and transactional), employment suits, and Federal and State False Claims Act/Whistleblower cases.  I also represent clients in local municipal courts for DWI, traffic violations, simple assault, drug possession and neighbor disputes.  I handle more serious criminal matters and domestic violence cases, as well.  In these areas, I now fight for individual clients who need representation to ensure that their rights are protected.
 
My firm, The Marchese Law Firm, LLC, is conveniently located in Newton, New Jersey, just off the square in the center of town, at 93 Spring Street.  My law offices are on the Third Floor, in Suite 300.
