The Metal Shop is a complete turn key source for custom metal fabrication. Our specialty has been and is metal fabrication for the the trade show exhibit business.  Over the years and after Covid, we had been organically transitioning to more OEM and non exhibit metal fabrication.  This is where the company has evolved too.  
Everything associated with metal work in a booth can be contracted to do by The Metal Shop.  We do the full structures including double deck booths. All the smaller stands, frames, signs and base plates can be done in house. You design it we build it. Our quality is second to none and we still maintain a 100% delivery record of exhibits for our clients. We know how to build exhibit booths and the support items that make a successful trade show booth.  

The above expertise in tradeshows is what has made our transition to the wider world of OEM and Custom metal  work a smooth one for TMS. The same skills and craftmanship used to make high end trade show booths  allows us to do commericial interiors, retail fixtures and a list too long  of OEM  parts we make for our clients. 

Our 35,000 sqft building houses a facility unmatched in the exhibit manufacturing arena.  The center piece is a 5'x10' Mitsubishi Laser system with and 8 shelf automation system which allows us to works lights out if need be. In addition we also have water jet cutting for extremely thick metal up to 5" but it also cuts plastics and other substrates the laser can not.  There is an 8000 sqft welding and fabrication area outfitted with the best welding equipment, saws and jigging equipment on available. 

We have a Tube Laser for cutting up to 6" tube products. Along with 2 CNC manderla tube benders and 2 CNC Tube rollers. Sizes from .500" to 6" can be handled. We also have 4 Press brakes, 1 meter  up 13'  lengths.  With the fabricaiton equipment, we also have a full weld shop in both manual and robotic applications.  3 CNC large capticey milling machines.
