The Muscogee Nation is a self-governed Native American sovereign nation with its tribal headquarters in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Its government comprises an executive branch, a legislative body, and a tribal court system that predates Oklahoma’s statehood. It is the fourth largest tribe in the United States, with more than 90,000 citizens nationwide. The nation pursues cultural tourism, business and economic development to support initiatives in health care, social services, and education for its citizens.

Based in Okmulgee, the Muscogee Nation has expanded its operations to pursue cultural preservation, community development, and partnerships that support its members' welfare. In March 2026, the nation opened a new casino and hotel location in Coweta, Oklahoma.
