The New Jewish Home is a nonprofit health care system in New York focused on the needs of older adults. On its Manhattan campus, it provides a range of services including short-term rehabilitation in collaboration with Mount Sinai Health System and NYU Langone Health, long-term skilled nursing, adult day health care, geriatric care management, and senior housing.
