The Noguchi Museum is a mid-sized cultural institution in Long Island City, Queens, New York, founded in 1985 by Isamu Noguchi. It is the first U.S. museum established, designed, and installed by a living artist to exhibit that artist's work. The building is a repurposed 1920s industrial structure featuring both enclosed galleries and open-air spaces, plus an internationally recognized outdoor sculpture garden. The museum preserves Noguchi's archive and catalogue raisonne and presents a wide range of works, including sculpture, models for public projects and gardens, dance sets, and Akari light sculptures. 

 The Noguchi Museum coordinates loans and exhibitions of Noguchi's works on a global scale, distributes Akari designs, and collaborates with contemporary practitioners to develop programming. Situated in Queens with seasonal hours Wednesday through Sunday, the institution named Amy Hau as director in December 2023.
