The Office of Charles F. Bloszies (CFB) is an award winning architecture and engineering firm specializing in urban infill design. Our work is constantly at the forefront of this emerging architectural trend, and we strive to deliver the most innovative ideas and solutions to our clients. As experienced leaders in adaptive reuse, we believe in re-purposing existing buildings by fusing modern forms in and onto existing structures of all types and ages. Rather than tearing down and rebuilding from scratch, our firm gives new purpose and function to current spaces via creative and specialized solutions. 

Firm principal, Charles Bloszies, is the author of the Princeton Architectural Press best seller: Old Buildings, New Designs – Architectural Transformations, a recently published book about successful integration of new design and old architecture.  

We are located in a newly renovated office next the prominent Embarcadero waterfront. Our projects can be seen throughout the city and around the Bay Area.
