As a principal investor, we are operationally-driven and focused on unique and compelling situations within the lower middle market involving leveraged and management buyouts, minority recapitalizations, growth financings, and turnarounds. We have a preference for complex transactions and/or challenging situations involving under-optimized businesses where there are meaningful opportunities to create value. As an active Board member, we provide hands-on support to management teams to help drive value creation through the identification and execution of strategic growth initiatives and operational improvements. Since we have experienced tremendous success as a hands-on, active Board member advising the CEO's and management teams of our own portfolio companies, it was only natural for us to begin offering this same type of Board level support and advice to other business owners, CEO's, and management teams. This was the genesis of our consulting practice. Investment Criteria: • Revenue: $10M to $100M • EBITDA: $3M to $30M (except for turnarounds) • Minimum EBITDA margin of 10% with strong free cash flow (except for turnarounds)
