Event location: Great Southwest Equestrian Center, 2501 Mason Road, Katy, TX Since its founding in 1945, Pin Oak has grown to become the oldest and most prestigious horse show in the Southwest. It is one of the only horse shows in the nation that features not only hunters and jumpers, but also American Saddlebreds. Pin Oak was name the first Heritage Competition, a most prestigious recognition by the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF). The focus of the show has always been children. From inception, the mission has been to stage a world class horse show as a venue to raise funds for children’s charities. This long standing tradition of charitable giving continues today, offering world class equestrian entertainment in a family friendly setting. We invite you to come out and see the Show that continues to do so much good for so many children. The work of Pin Oak laid the foundation for the Medical Center we see in Houston today through it's vision to fundraise to build Texas Children's Hospital. Pin Oak continues to support Texas Children's expanding vision for pediatric care.
