The platform offers customizable lead delivery, routing leads to designated devices and users based on factors like sales staff skills, location, availability, and certifications, ensuring exclusive distribution of each lead. While its gateway focus has been real estate, the system is adaptable to a wide range of industries, and it supports office staff by quickly capturing information from phone calls and distributing leads to the appropriate sales personnel.
