The Portfolio Strategy Group was founded in New York City in 1990. We were pioneers, offering affluent individuals and families asset allocation services and an open architecture approach to investing that provided access to best-in-class investment managers at a time when this service was primarily available to only the largest institutional investors. We are and have always been a fiduciary, putting our clients’ interests first every day.

In 2003, The Portfolio Strategy Group moved to Westchester but continued the high energy mind set of Manhattan investment professionals. In 2012, we joined Focus Financial Partners, a leading partnership of independent, fiduciary wealth management firms.
