First published on January 9, 1909, by Senator Robert M. La Follette Sr. of Wisconsin as La Follette’s Weekly, the magazine has a formidable history and clear vision for the future. The Progressive, Inc., is an educational 501(c)3 nonprofit, also runs the Public School Shakedown and Progressive Media Project.
