The Property Centre was established in July 1997 by founding Partners, Steve Jones and Stuart Nash, with the opening of an office in Tuffley, Gloucester. Their philosophy of providing an exceptional customer experience, going above and beyond any local competitor, meant that within eight months of opening in Tuffley, the Company was able to open its second office in the Quedgeley area of Gloucester. Since then, the Company has continued to expand and now boasts a total of nine sales and lettings offices located across Gloucester, Stroud, Cheltenham and Worcester. 

In 2004 Steve and Stuart were joined by fellow Partner, Leon Broady when the Company expanded to incorporate a Financial Services division. This has grown rapidly over the last 20 years and we now boast a mortgage adviser in every one of our nine branches and our head office in Quedgeley.

In 2009 the Company expanded again, mirroring its Estate Agency Sales operation with a Lettings and Property Management Service across all branches. 

Proudly independent and locally renowned, The Property Centre is an award-winning full-service estate agent. In a region with over 1,000 estate agents, we are incredibly proud to have won eight prestigious industry awards in 2023, in recognition of our commitment to exceptional customer service.
