The Quest Center for Art & Community Development is a small nonprofit based in Dickson, Tennessee, focused on music education and youth development. It operates as a 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to strengthen the local community through music, targeting children in rural, lower-income areas who need affordable after-school options. Its programs are designed to build core competencies such as self-esteem, confidence, discipline, social and collaborative skills, and creative thinking, with the aim of improving school performance and long-term outcomes.

Accessibility is central to its operating model: classes are held at multiple community locations to reduce transportation barriers, and instruments are provided free for in-class and at-home use. The offerings run year-round and serve students in grades 4 through 12, including individuals with disabilities. The center maintains a policy of not turning away a child for financial reasons, while participants are expected to contribute and to give back by supporting school and community events.
