Tansey Soderstrom Broker/Owner – The Real Estate Firm of Orlando Tansey Soderstrom has been a licensed real estate practitioner for over 30 years. She founded Stirling International Realty, Inc. in 1989. In 2004 she acquired the Sotheby’s franchise for Central Florida, where she was the firm’s Principal Broker until starting The Real Estate Firm of Orlando in 2013. Located in the Dr. Phillips Marketplace, The Real Estate Firm of Orlando specializes in the luxury residential market, while the Commercial Division assists custom home builders and developers with land acquisitions. Tansey is a member of FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation. Over 30% (and growing) of the clients of The Real Estate Firm of Orlando are International buyers. Dedicated to giving back to her profession and the community, she donates her time as a trained mediator for the Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA). Tansey has also served on ORRA’s Grievance Committee as well as the Strategic Planning Committee. She is a past chairman of Professional Standards Committee and was named to the Board of Directors in 2012. In 2013 she became a member of the Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary, while continuing her duties with the Professional Standards Committee and Mediations. In 2014 she served as Chairman for the Community Relations Committee as well as Florida Realtor Director. Tansey is a Trustee for The Florida Real Estate Foundation. The Foundation’s HEROES’ COMMONS at Jefferson Park Village is its latest project which was created to recognize the service of Central Florida veterans and other public safety personnel.
