In 1997, Andy Reed left the stock brokerage business and joined his father at Charter One Realty & Marketing where, together, they formed the Reed Team. In 2000, Tom Reed (Charlie's nephew and Andy's cousin) left his position as the head real estate attorney for one of the top area law firms law to join the team. In 2005, Rich Reed (Tom's brother) left another premier real estate group to join the Reed Team - which is now known as Reed Real Estate Group.
