The Reserve Petroleum Company is a publicly held Oklahoma City company engaged principally in managing real estate and energy sector investments, owned mineral properties, and exploration for and the development of oil and natural gas properties with areas of concentration in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas and South Dakota. 

Founded in 1931, The Reserve Petroleum Company has a rich history of stability and growth for our investors. We have managed the Company through booms and busts, with the belief that if you treat people right, they will treat you right. Working from the idea that “an income statement is the past, a balance sheet is the future”, the Company operated with little to no debt and continues to do so today.
