The Resource Exchange (TRE) is a nonprofit case management organization based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, operating in the field of individual and family services. It coordinates services for infants through seniors with diverse needs, including disabilities, developmental delays, mental health concerns, or long-term care requirements, using a person-centered approach that emphasizes choice and collaboration with community partners. TRE serves more than 12,000 individuals across El Paso, Pueblo, Teller, and Park counties and maintains relationships with more than 200 community partners to expand opportunities and promote inclusion.

Founded in 1964, TRE supports independence and inclusion through coordinated care and accountable service delivery. As a nonprofit 501(c)(3), it relies on community investments alongside government funding to sustain its programs. In 2025, TRE hosted its Fourth Annual Family Fun Day, an event designed to connect families of children with disabilities.
