TRG – The Restoration Group is a 10-year-old company headquartered in Geneva Illinois that specializes in structural repairs and restoration work for multi-family properties like condominiums and town home associations. We work directly with property managers and HOA board members to repair and maintain their structures and common areas at the highest level. The Restoration Group is led by St. Charles resident Dan Wells, who has 20 years experience in structural repair and restoration. Dan and his certified staff run the day-to-day operations for TRG. All of our staff are certified in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying. When it comes to making repairs to your condo or common areas for your homeowners association, we dive in.
