The Ritchie Group (TRG) is a second-generation family office based in Salt Lake City, Utah, with more than four decades in owning and developing real estate. Its core activities involve developing and managing properties across the multifamily, self-storage, industrial, and hospitality sectors. The group maintains a development pipeline valued at more than $2 billion, comprising over 3,500 multifamily units, more than 400 hospitality keys, and about 4.4 million square feet of industrial warehouse space at various design and development stages.

As an established player in real estate development, TRG pursues opportunities across these asset classes and oversees projects through design and construction. In April 2022, TRG sold assets to InTrust Property Group, reflecting ongoing management of its portfolio.
