The expansive main floor is the oldest Byzantine style building in the United States. It was built from 1906 to 1910 by Seattle’s founding families and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
All historic elements were removed, catalogued, restored and carefully reinstalled with a twist. Interior spaces were designed by Philippe Starck to create a sophisticated style of heritage and contemporary cool.
