Investments are focused on capital preservation and income generation through the ownership of well-located multifamily assets.  The investment strategy is long-term oriented, focused on economic fundamentals and expected to protect against (and benefit from) inflationary pressures.  

Solomon focuses on acquiring under-performing or under-managed suburban properties in secondary markets. Properties are re-positioned through value-add programs, routinely consisting of renovations and upgrades to the interiors, exteriors and/or amenities. Having managed tens of thousands of apartment homes, we continually monitor market trends and implement best practices to enhance operations and our residents’ living experiences.
